Delivery

Delivery Time :

After the confirmation of order has been made, we will arrange the delivery of goods for you immediately. Normally, goods will be delivered within three working days. We will contact you to confirm the delivery time again before the delivery.

The delivery time will be longer for remote areas such as Yuen Long, Sheung Shui, Tuen Mun, Fan Ling and Tai Po etc. If certain goods are temporarily out of stock or take a long time to ship, we will notify you by email or phone.


Delivery Charge:

If you meet the following minimum consumption amount, you can enjoy our free delivery service. If your order is below the minimum consumption amount, a shipping fee of HK$100 or above will be charged:

Ngau Tau Kok MTR Station Delivery : Free of Charge

Free MTR Station Delivery : Order of HK$ 300 or above

Free Home Delivery : Order of HK$ 1,000 or above

* VIP Members」can enjoy free MTR Station Delivery without minimum consumption.

* Premium VIP Members」can enjoy free MTR Station Delivery & free Home Delivery without minimum consumption.

- Minimum consumption and delivery charges are required for some remote areas such as Yuen Long, Sheung Shui, Tuen Mun, Fan Ling and Tai Po, Tung Chung and Airport Areas.

- Minimum consumption and additional delivery charges are required for cases involving a parking fee or toll.

- Manna Foundation Ltd. reserves the right for final interpretation.


Delivery Schedule:

Mon - Sat : 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Please state your preferred delivery time and contact name and number for receiving the delivery when you are making the order. We will deliver on time.

Please leave a valid phone number. Manna Foundation Ltd. reserves the right to cancel orders if we cannot contact you during the delivery time.

If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, the delivery service will be postponed. Notification of rearrangement of the delivery will be made via email or phone.  


Delivery Areas

Our delivery areas are limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories only . Sha Tau Kok, Lok Ma Chau, Lantau Island, Silvermine Bay, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Ma Wan, walled villages, Outlying Islands & remote areas are excluded.

If the delivery address is not on a lift landing floor, Manna Foundation Ltd. reserves the right not to provide home delivery services. Please arrange to receive the goods on the ground floor.

For delivery to construction sites, our services will be provided to the gate only.


Replacement / Return

Customers cannot cancel the purchase order after it has been confirmed. No refunds can be made.

If the goods need to be replaced or returned, customers must retain the integrity of the original receipt and goods, and call our customer service hotline at (852) 2370 3006 within two days. Otherwise, no exchange or return can be arranged. Goods can only be exchanged or returned once per item. Manna Foundation Ltd reserves the final decision of acceptance for any exchange or return of items.

Any arrangement of replacement or return will be further confirmed by our customer service staff, which is also subject to stock availability and only available at the designated location. Customers need to be able to reach this location within one week after receiving our staff confirmation of the arrangement. Otherwise, no exchange or return can be arranged.

Promotional items cannot be replaced, returned or refunded.
